Miami Vibes: Spencer Uncensored Talks Progression and Flexibility

Hey there, beautiful people! Spencer here, coming to you live from a cool Miami hotel venue. If you've been following me for a while, you know Miami is a frequent stop for me due to my real estate work. Today, we're discussing the importance of planning for 2024 and embracing flexibility in your goals.
Planning for Success in 2024
As September rolls in, it's time to think ahead. We're just 90 days away from the new year, and planning now is crucial to kickstart 2024 successfully. If you wait until January to make changes, you won't see results until March or April. To get ahead, start planning in September.
Emotional Connection to Goals
One key to achieving your goals is getting emotionally invested in them. It's not just about setting targets; it's about understanding why you want to achieve them. When you connect emotionally to your goals, you're more likely to stay committed and take the necessary actions.
Progression and Flexibility
Today, we're focusing on progression. To succeed, you need a flexible mindset alongside unwavering commitment. Being committed to your goals is crucial, but so is flexibility in your approach. Think of it like a palm tree in a hurricane—strong yet able to bend. Flexibility allows you to adapt and find alternative paths to success.
Three Ways to Increase Business
In any business, including real estate, there are three ways to increase your income: sell more units, increase the value per unit, or get the same person to buy more often. It's that simple. You can expand your business by doing more transactions, raising the value of each transaction, or cultivating repeat clients.
Optimization through Planning and Feedback
Optimizing your business involves planning, executing your plan, and following feedback. Be open to adjusting your approach based on the results you see. Flexibility is key to optimization. If you're rigid in your methods, you risk missing opportunities for improvement.
The Unshakable Agent
For those looking to take their real estate game to the next level, I'm working on something special called the Unshakable Agent. It's a platform that combines community and coaching to help you achieve your goals faster. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!
In conclusion, as we plan for 2024, remember that progression requires both commitment and flexibility. Don't be afraid to adjust your strategies, embrace change, and stay emotionally connected to your goals. Success is within reach for those who are willing to adapt and optimize their approach.
Thanks for joining me on this Miami adventure, and I'll catch you all in the next update. Stay unshakable!

Increasing Potential: Lessons from the "Unleashing Potentials" Podcast

In a world buzzing with constant stimulation and unrelenting noise, it can be hard to cut through the clutter and focus on what truly matters. That's why my recent conversation on the "Unleashing Potentials" podcast with Bernadette was so refreshing. We didn't just skim the surface—we dove deep into the heart of leadership, resilience, and the power of personal growth. If you missed the episode, let me share a few key takeaways that could change the way you approach your journey toward unshakable success. The Interplay of Professional and Personal Development One thing I stand by is that professional growth always follows personal development. No shortcuts. The truth is, the mechanics, the strategies, and even the hard-earned knowledge will only get you so far if you don't first focus on your own mindset and resilience. I shared how my journey—from a young man with a GED to coaching leaders of multimillion-dollar businesses—was shaped by this reality. My personal ...

Beyond the Talk: How Your Business Results Expose Your True Standards

As we get into the rhythm of the week, let's focus on a truth that often gets overshadowed by what we say: Results reveal more about your standards than your rhetoric. It's easy to talk a big game. To articulate grand visions, promise exceptional quality, and declare unwavering commitment. Rhetoric – the art of persuasive speaking or writing – can be powerful in setting intentions and inspiring others. But ultimately, it's the tangible outcomes, the actual results your business produces, that truly expose the standards you operate by. Think about it: If you claim to prioritize customer satisfaction, what do your customer retention rates and feedback scores reveal? If you talk about quality products or services, what do your defect rates and customer complaints indicate? If you preach efficiency and innovation, what do your profit margins and the speed of your adaptation show? Your results are the unvarnished truth. They cut through the aspirational language and reveal t...

50 Cent, Government Cheese, and the Science of the Qualified Champion

The "Gangster" Paradox: Why Autonomy is the Ultimate Un-Goal The word "gangster" carries a lot of baggage. For most, it conjures images of the street, the hustle, or the headlines. But in his recent Esquire sit-down, 50 Cent stripped away the theater and gave us a definition that belongs on every entrepreneur’s whiteboard: "To me, gangster means to live the way you like without answering to anyone." Read that again. He’s not talking about crime; he’s talking about agency . He’s talking about the " Un-Goal ." The "Should" Monster vs. The Un-Goal In my work with the WRAP Sheet and Momentum & Mastery , we talk constantly about the " Should Monsters ." These are the invisible anchors—the projects you took on because a competitor did, the clients you tolerate because you’re afraid of the gap in your calendar, and the "hustle" habits that steal your emotional capital. Most people spend their entire careers building ...
